The Mifflin Borough Council will hold its regularly scheduled public meeting on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. As part of the meeting, Council will publicly open and review bids received for the Patterson Lane and a portion of Valley Street Paving Project. Bid opening will occur in accordance with Pennsylvania municipal bidding requirements and will be open to the public.
Agenda Highlights In addition to regular borough business, Council is expected to consider the following items:
Public Opening of Bids for the Patterson Lane and a portion of Valley Street Paving Project.
Discussion and potential action regarding conducting a deed and title search on a delinquent tax property.
Discussion and potential authorization to pursue the next steps, including the possibility of bidding on the property through the applicable tax sale process, if determined to be in the best interest of the Borough.
